Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pko7 website at pko7.net (the "Platform"), creating a pko7 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you ("User", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the pko7 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pko7 Platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pko7 ("pko7", "we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the pko7 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To register for and use a pko7 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. pko7 strictly enforces this requirement. Minors are expressly prohibited from using the Platform. pko7 will conduct age verification checks and may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for verifying that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. pko7 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any particular location. Users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited access the Platform at their own legal risk. pko7 reserves the right to restrict or refuse service to users in specific jurisdictions without prior notice.
• Single Account: You may hold only one pko7 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Account: You must be the registered holder of any payment method used to fund your pko7 account. Third-party funding is not permitted.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access pko7 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete throughout the duration of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pko7 account credentials, including your username and password. pko7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. You agree to notify pko7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

pko7 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that information provided during registration is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification: pko7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification as part of its compliance obligations under its international gaming licence. KYC documents — which may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, utility bill, and proof of payment method ownership — will be requested before the first withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal access.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the pko7 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Accepted Deposit Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20 network). pko7 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. pko7 cannot guarantee processing times during periods of high volume or technical disruption.
• Source of Funds: pko7 may request evidence of source of funds for deposits or withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations. Failure to provide such evidence may result in withdrawal holds pending investigation.
• Withdrawals to Same Method: pko7 applies a same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically possible. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit.

pko7 does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be processed through the electronic payment methods listed above.

Bonus Terms

From time to time, pko7 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered users ("Bonuses"). The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in each individual bonus offer. Bonus funds and free spin winnings cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied in full.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. pko7 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus where it suspects abuse, collusion, or exploitation.
• pko7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time. Any Bonus not yet activated at the time of withdrawal will be removed from your account without compensation.
• In the event of a conflict between general Bonus terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.

Betting & Casino Rules

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, keno, and racing products offered on pko7 are governed by product-specific rules published within each game or market interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before participating. The following general rules apply across all pko7 products:

• All bets and game results are final once the relevant round, spin, or event is settled. Settled outcomes cannot be reversed except in the event of a demonstrable technical error or provider cancellation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or bet placement, pko7 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Where a round cannot be completed due to a verified technical failure, any stake wagered in that round will be returned to the user's pko7 balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per game round, and per day. These limits are stated within each product section. pko7 reserves the right to void bets that exceed maximum payout thresholds.
• pko7 does not permit use of artificial intelligence, bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately closed and all pending withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pko7 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without compensation:

• Opening or operating more than one pko7 account simultaneously or sequentially without prior written authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with pko7.
• Using the Platform to launder money, facilitate financial crime, or fund any unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pko7 products. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP obfuscation tool for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pko7 Platform — including but not limited to the pko7 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pko7 or its licensed technology partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any pko7 content without prior written consent from pko7.

Responsible Gaming

pko7 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all users. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss Limits: Session and period-based loss thresholds that pause access when reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alerting you to the duration of your current session.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary suspension of account access for a period of your choosing.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with re-application restrictions. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the specified exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pko7, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pko7 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of anticipated savings, or interruption of service.

pko7's total liability to any user in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user to their pko7 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pko7 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security.

Amendments

pko7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pko7 will provide notice via a prominent banner on the Platform or by email to registered account holders. The revised Terms will state the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pko7 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pko7 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the pko7 Platform that cannot be resolved through pko7's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by pko7. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

Pakistani users are reminded that their domestic legal obligations in respect of online gambling remain their own responsibility. pko7 makes no legal representations regarding the status of online gambling under Pakistani law and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a user's decision to use the Platform.
